#Atizapán, #Edoméx.- The Municipal President of Atizapán de Zaragoza, Pedro Rodríguez Villegas, visited five of the 43 Community Kitchens that were installed in Atizapán de Zaragoza to verify their correct operation.

This is a program that provides hot and nutritious meals to more than 4 thousand people throughout the town of Atizapán and is carried out in conjunction with infrastructure works such as the installation of street lights and the renovation of avenues and streets, among other government actions.

The Mayor went to the neighborhoods of Cerro Grande, Las Peñitas, San José El Jaral 2nd Section, San José El Jaral 1st Section and Ampliación Emiliano Zapata, where, together with trustees and aldermen, they served food to local residents.

«I am very fond of this project because I know that after the pandemic, many homes were affected in terms of the economy and what we intend is to extend a helping hand to the families of Atizapá.

«It is a project that in this first stage we will be opening 43 community kitchens, serving 4,300 meals a day, thanks to the budget authorized by the members of the Cabildo, who are doing me the favor of accompanying me,» said Rodriguez Villegas.
